Beverly Redevelopment Plan: G.J. Olson Architects, Inc., has been selected by Strategic Redevelopment Partners L.L.C., as the architect for the City of Beverly Redevelopment Plan in Burlington County, NJ. The Beverly Redevelopment Authority approved the first phase of the redevelopment plan, paving the way for construction of up to 45 homes. The vision of this plan is to create a stock of higher quality housing to infuse life into the Beverly downtown revitalizing the city from the outside inward.
G.J. Olson in Two Magazine Features: Two custom renovations, designed by G.J. Olson Architects, Incorporated will be featured in Solutions at Home Magazine. This sophisticated magazine with local editorial content and advertisers, showcases local trends in renovations and home improvements with highly informative articles designed to charge the creative spark. Look for the articles to appear in the June-2008 Greater Philadelphia issue and May-2008 Shore edition.

New Projects: G.J. Olson Architects has created schematic designs for the proposed "Beaunit Mills" development in Beverly, New Jersey, and the "Sunnyside at Howell" development. These projects can be viewed by clicking the "development" tab above.
G.J. Olson Architects has also updated their custom homes portfolio. Presentation drawings for the "Twin Residences" and houses in Villanova, PA and Lower Gwynedd, PA can be viewed by clicking the "residential" tab above. Additionally, the houses at Margate, NJ, and Mt Airy, PA have been updated with new pictures.
