One of the primary challenges of the Autumn Park development is that it is located in a town that requires a larger parking ratio to unit than is typically found. Other challenges were the program itself, which required that a number of the units contain attached garages, and the fact that the market was looking for a significant number of two- and three-bedroom units.

As you can see in the accompanying photographs, the final design incorporated a two story building design consisting of one story garden apartments, some of which had direct access garages. By placing some of the parking within the building footprint, the amount of parking areas was dramatically reduced. Ingenuity such as this, coupled with a spacious design, has resulted in a very successful rental history for Autumn Park.
