Breyer Court

As the name suggests, Breyer Court is a development of luxury townhomes built on the old Breyer Ice Cream estate, and is aimed primarily toward empty nesters and move-down buyers, typically ages 50 and above. Built in the French Norman style and boasting gorgeous 10 ft ceilings, Breyer Court is the epitome of good taste and European elegance.

What makes this development interesting is the footprint; it was established prior to commencement of the design. Another challenge was the fact that we were dealing with 28-feet wide townhouses with two car garages, which clearly left very little room for fenestration on the front elevation. This was solved with a stunning court yard design, and a 10-feet high first floor plate that permitted maximum fenestration in the homes. Details and exterior materials reflect the combination of stone and stucco found in Europe.
